HUBUNGAN KEMAMPUAN LITERASI INFORMASI BERBASIS EFIKASI DIRI (SELF EFFICACY) TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN MENULIS FEATURE

Abstract
This study aims to determine whether there is any correlation between information literacy competence based on self-efficacy and feature writing skills in Indonesian Language and Literature Department at Padang State University. This study is a descriptive quantitative research with correlational type. The samples were randomly selected, as many as 32 students who took the editorial class in 2018/2019. Pearson’s product moment is used for data analysis. The results show that the value r= 0.805 with p = 0,000 value. The results indicate that there is correlation between information literacy competence based on self-efficacy and feature writing skills.
