PENGARUH LITERASI BACA TULIS TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN MENULIS CERPEN SISWA

Abstract

Text-based in Indonesian language learning materials will require students to be diligent in reading. This determination certainly has a good purpose, especially in an effort to improve literacy skills in students' literacy. This study aims to discuss the effect of reading on writing results. The object of this research is a sample of the results of writing short stories. The formulation of the problem in this study is the problem faced by students in literacy activities,the influence of literacy on student writing results,and how to increase students' interest in literacy. This research will be conducted by descriptive research with interview techniques and questionnaire collection. Literacy activities are used to foster ideas and increase vocabulary so that students will find it easier to translate them into short story texts. From the research conducted, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the results of writing short stories after the implementation of literacy activities
